Does request urgency change the lead price?
No separate Standard or Emergency per-lead price is configured. The lead route records the selected urgency and marks emergency requests in provider email subjects. Credit packs are 2 credits for $100, 5 for $200, or 15 for $500; these amounts buy account credits, not individual leads.
What contact details appear in provider notifications?
Free-plan alert emails include the customer’s name and urgency but omit phone and email. Featured and Premium alert emails include the customer’s contact details. The current notification flow bases this on plan tier, not the credit balance.
